IMPORTANCE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
1. It will ensure the fair returns to the investors on investment.
2. It will generate and build up surplus and reserves for growth and expansion of organization.
3. It will ensure maximum efficiency of operations and proper relation with supplies, finance workers and members.
4. It will co-ordinate the operation of various department through appropriate measures to ensure discipline in the use of financing or financial resources.
